The Geordie singer has branded the former Pussycat doll as “crazy and odd”, revealing that Nicole sang the entirety of her song “Promise this” in her face when they first met.
The Girls Aloud bandmate, who was dramatically replaced by Nicole on The X Factor USA, has written in her autobiography that she was embarrassed by the American singer.
According to Chezza, Nicole gushed about how pretty Cheryl is before giving her own rendition of the song right in her face.
Calling the incident ‘awkward’ the Call My Name singer said it would be like singing Baby, One More Time right up in Britney’s face.
