If you’ve been following the news lately, you’ve probably read about the sudden removal of Nickelodeon’s SpongeBob game in the App Store, which, according to the Center for Digital Democracy, has violated the children’s online privacy law. Well, the popular channel is now saying that it is planning to re-submit its “SpongeBob Diner Dash” app to Apple’s App Store. Nickelodeon is also saying that its app did not collect kid’s email addresses, names, and other personal information. (more…)
