GGP Systems Expands with New Appointments

Croydon - 13 March 2012 - Geospatial software company GGP Systems has made three new appointments to its technical services team based at the company’s headquarters in South London. Phil Donachie, an experienced IT professional joins as Senior Implementation and Support Consultant while Matthew Allwood and Anttoni Stoimenov have both been appointed as Developers.
 
Donachie joins Croydon based GGP Systems from Morrison Facilities Services, a subsidiary of the Anglian Water Group. At Morrisons he held the position of IT Consultant acting as an IT ambassador for the Business Solutions Group. In his new role at GGP Systems Donachie will be supporting a growing UK wide customer base of GGP’s Geographical Information System (GIS), Gazetteer Management Solutions and web mapping applications.
 
Dr Matthew Allwood joins GGP’s development team from the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory where he has spent a number of years developing and operating Monte Carlo simulations. With experience of object oriented design of new model functionality, development of plans, model documentation and frontline support for other members of his team, Allwood brings a much valued skill set to the company.
 
Anttoni Stoimenov previously worked on projects to develop an identity card recognition system for telecommunications companies, developed document management software and helped design and implement a client booking module and resource management system for a travel agency.
 
Croydon-based GGP Systems specialise in GIS and Gazetteer Management solutions specifically designed for the UK public sector.
