GTG Selected for a Software Contract by the City of Milton


GOLDSBORO, N.C. –Geographic Technologies Group (GTG) is pleased to announce that the City of Milton, Florida has upgraded their enterprise GIS visualization suite to the new GeoBlade Vantage Points platform.  Curtis Hinton, President of GTG, points out that; “the City of Milton has been a long time user of GTG software products.  The application is utilized for visualizing utility accounts, utility consumption, and a host of GIS data. GeoBlade has become the primary way for the City to access key data.”  The City of Milton wanted to focus on eliminating stovepipes of data throughout their organization.  They see GIS as a window into all of their IT investments.  The ease-of-use and sophistication of GeoBlade has made it a success at the City.  Julio Garrido, Integration Specialist for GTG, stated; “staff enthusiasm was great in regards to this upgrade.  GeoBlade is the perfect toolset for local government.  Our open architecture allows us to consume data from any existing database (spatial or non-spatial).”

GTG Selected for Multiple Software Contracts

Geographic Technologies Group® (GTG®) was selected for multiple software contracts and services including: Delta County, Colorado – purchased three seats of GeoBlade Dispatch. Town of Clayton, North Carolina – purchased GeoBlade Parcel Address Synchronization Tool (PAST) and five seats of GeoBlade Viewer. City of Hoover Board of Education, Alabama – purchased twenty-five (25) seats of GeoBlade Viewer. City of Chesterfield, Missouri Public Works – purchased fifteen (15) seats of GeoBlade Viewer and GeoBlade PAST. City of Wooster, Ohio – purchased five GeoBlade Crimes seats. Lancaster County, South Carolina – purchased GeoBlade Crimes. City of Hoover, Alabama – purchased seventeen (17) seats of GeoBlade Mobile, nineteen (19) seats of GeoBlade Dispatch, and one seat of GeoBlade AVL.
