She may have been the brains behind Girls, but the worst look of the night had to go to Lena Dunham. Her lace Prada dress made her look a lot larger than she actually is with its high waistband and capped sleeves.
Similarly actress Zosia Marnet should have looked feminine in her Bihbu Mahopatra gown, but the dress failed to deliver. Instead of highlighting her curves, the monochrome gown left the Girls actress looking a little uncomfortable.
Mad Men actress January Jones opted for a dramatically structured Zac Posen gown, peep-toe platforms and smoky eyes but with her hair slicked to her head, the look was all a bit too harsh.
Lena Headey from Game of Thrones chose a bewitching Giorgio Armani dress which gave her a rather theatrical, gothic look.
Whilst all black wasn’t the best fashion choice, Julianne Moore bravely stepped in in all yellow. The colour, which does hurt our eyes to look at, was somewhat all-encompassing as it covered her from neck to toes.
Maybe tone it down next time ladies?
