Not long after his lawyer confirmed that he and soon-to-be ex-wife Katie Holmes had reached a settlement agreement, the actor was seen arriving in Mammoth Lake Airport, California, on his private jet as he prepared to return to work on his latest film.
Katie, meanwhile, was seen out in New York with their six-year-old daughter Suri, who she has gained primary physical custody of.
We’re not sure we’re surprised by the details of Tom and Katie’s settlement… But we are surprised by how quickly it was reached!
