Mariah Carey just got a new job. It’s as a judge on a little singing show called American Idol and she’ll reportedly take home upwards to $17 million.
That’s right…in the world of singing competition reality shows with A-list judges, this is a big win for the guys over at AI. Adding Mariah for the outgoing Jennifer Lopez is probably going to continue its dominance on the airwaves.
If the early numbers are true then Mariah will be making more money than Britney Spears is, who is currently signed on with X-Factor.
