It’s been twenty year’s since Madonna’s taken one of her tours down under â€" and at this rate â€" it could be another twenty more.
The singer has officially pulled the plug on the Australian leg of her MDNA tour, scheduled for 2013.
Live nation, Madonna’s concert promoter, confirmed the cancellation but did not give any reason for it.
Rumor has it that the Down Under dates were canned because of a mix of high ticket prices and a crowded concert market.
But, again that’s just hearsay.
All Live Nation could say was that her current tour will end in South America in December as planned.
Sounds like Madonna get her ray of light down there soon â€" otherwise there may be no one getting into the groove when she finally does.
