Citroën C-Elysée, first pictures and information

Citroën C-Elysée, first pictures and information

C-Elysee is Citroen version of Peugeot 301 – in fact, the same car in two different body designs. However, it is worth looking closely at C-Elysee, because PSA know how to differentiate good cars, more than does VAG group.

No more experiments cobbled together on behalf of a hatchback sedan, now we are seriously talking about proper sedans to provide a sense of status that the Europeans are looking for when buying a car. Citroën C-Elysée looks so well that we can say now that you have a crazy success.

If the outside looks great, we do not know how look inside is, but Citroën swears that will be sturdy and elegant. C-Elysée brings increased ground clearance, tires adapted to run on bad roads, engine shield, a reinforced body and other elements designed for simplicity and robustness (Citroën insist on this word).

Under the hood we have a new VTi petrol engine developing 72 hp offers a maximum torque of 110 Nm at 3,000 rpm and consumes an average of 5l/100 km with CO2 emissions of 115 hp.
